Reviewed blind.
Pours a drab neon orange color. Completely opaque. A weak, fleeting head vaguely makes an appearance on the beer.
Aroma has notes of fruit - mango, papaya, maybe some peach? There is another aroma I can't place. reminds me of something in thai or chinese food.
Taste is fruit for sure - peach, mango, papaya? Then there is heat. Hot peppers. Jalapeno? something else? I don't know, but its fruit and spicy peppers. I hate it. Also, this is incredible for a blind beer because I don't want to drink anymore but I have to to figure out what this is. Ok, there is a distinct salinity coming through, so I am thinking this is some kind of gose with fruit and hot peppers.
Feel is light to medium bodied. Mild carbonation that feels like it should be sharper than it actually is.

On Tap at Little House. Pours a slightly hazy brownish yellow with an inch of head. Virtually no lacing. Sweet and spicy aroma of lime, mango, and habanero. The taste is like a blend of salsa with lime and salt. It really succeeds in capturing the taste of chips and salsa. Mango, salt, lime and light habanero heat at the end. Medium to light body with very little carbonation. Salty while still being a bit sweet and spicy.
