Let's be honest: this is an unattractive "beer." Head production is decent; retention is poor. Body is murky and turbid, and a dark brownish-orange color. No lacing left on the glass, but plenty of particulate.
That particulate translates to the palate. While it's not exactly like drinking juice with pulp, it's also not exactly clean, either. Lively bite; crushable.
Aroma and flavor are lovely and absolutely loaded with fruity notes. It's very pleasant, but barely qualifies as a beer. I'm enjoying every sip, but it's so over the top with fruit flavoring, that overall I can't quite commend it as highly as if it were simply an alcoholic smoothie.
