Inspired by the traditional Chinese pale lagers heavily adjuncted with rice, the idea for this beer came from a desire to create a handmade craft version of the beers consumed every Lunar New Years spent with family. A pale lager brewed with pilsner malt, a heavy dosing of flaked rice, and our favorite lager yeast. Perhaps our crispiest, palest offering, Snake offers maximum drinkability with lagery esters. It carries a lovely crispy rice finish and a complementary herbal lemongrass hop presence. Born from a cultural family tradition, we present beer that is meant to accompany any reason to celebrate.

Clear pale gold color with a modest white head.
he aroma is very light, hints of grain and lemon.
The taste is also very light malt and lemon or lemongrass notes, mild bitterness.
The body is very light, good carbonation, smooth and very drinkable. Altogether, this is a very light but tasty and refreshing brew, way ahead of flavored water at least, definitely nothing objectionable, nice.

This is interesting. Pours a crystal clear, pale gold. Very light, white foam that hugs the rim of the glass. Smells fine, very subtle grain note. Tastes very neutral, nothing sticks out a ton. Very little bitterness, hops are very mild. Mouthfeel is very carbonated, light, and finishes kind of dry.
Overall kind of boring, but not at all bad. Not something I will be buying again, personally.
