Chinese style pale lager brewed with lots of rice. Brewed in celebration of the Lunar New Year shared with friends and family.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of fizzy foam. It left sudsy lacing on the glass. It smelled of bready malt, caramel and toffee. Sweet caramel taste with toffee and a mild bitterness.

Clear pale straw. Big rice adjunct aroma and flavor. Good balance with light sweetness. Fairly light bodied; crisp, clean and crushable.

From an aluminum sixteen ounce can, this beer has a pale straw hue and a thin white head. Slight turbidity. The aroma is soft with a muted graininess. The taste is crisp, almost tart. It has a sharp bite from the hops and a seriously dry finish. Light in body and thirst quenching.
