355ml can - so punnily named after the farming community of Equity, Alberta, which is north of Three Hills, I now know.

This beer pours a hazy, pale golden yellow colour, with three chubby fingers of puffy, finely foamy, and somewhat creamy off-white head, which leaves a bit of flock of seagulls pattern lace around the glass as it slowly and evenly subsides.

It smells of bready and doughy cereal malt, domestic citrus rind, a mild coriander spiciness, faint estery yeast, and some plain earthy, musty, and floral hop bitters. The taste is semi-sweet, grainy and bready pale malt, a lesser gritty wheatiness, some orange and sugared lemon citrus flesh, earthy coriander, subtle yeast, and more well understated leafy, herbal, and floral green hoppiness.

The carbonation is average in its palate-satiating frothiness, the body a decent medium weight, and mostly smooth, as nothing really puts itself out to be a nuisance at this particular juncture. It finishes off-dry, the grain holding fast against the lingering orange and spice.

Overall - this is certainly a well-crafted version of the style, full of flavour and easy to throw back. A pleasant first contact with yet another new Wild Rose Country brewing concern - don't get me wrong, keep 'em comin', I sez.
