This is a classic German style wheat beer featuring red winter wheat grown locally at Howlett Farms in Avon, NY. It is meant to be cloudy, sessionable and refreshing at 5.0% and with 7 IBU’s. Expect to taste subtle banana and clove spice notes that are derived from this particular yeast strain.

5 oz pour on tap at DisBatch Brewing in Macedon. Pours a cloudy yellow with an off-white head. Aroma and flavor feature clove, bubblegum, banana, and wheat. Typical hefeweizen flavors, no off-notes. Tasty.
