Thang bangs like Tupac playing dominos at a block party. Oh buddy, I’m talking Petey Pablo busting open a piñata. Uh huh, waboom like Charlie Sheen in “Platoon.”

If you can, then do it. But if you can’t, just wish you did.

Sweet tropical hoppy, slightly malty, slightly dank, and hint of pine nut nose on this one! Taste follows exactly with a juicy and sweet, malty nutty-hoppy vibe. IBUs are there, but not overpowering. As it warms, the hoppy bitterness lingers on the back of the tongue. This feels good on the palate...decent westie!

Canned 05/13/20

Appearance - Pours crystal clear and pure gold in color with a white, finger width head. Fair retention before dying to a thin, broken layer of surface suds, thickening into a ring around the edge of the glass.

Smell - Tangerine, peach, earthy dank and a hint of bread beneath.

Taste - Follows the nose. Tangerine hits first, followed by peachy sweetness that takes over as the mainstay. Lesser notes of earthen dank rides beneath and clashes a bit with that fruity sweetness. Aftertaste lingers with peachy sweetness and a hint of citrus zest.

Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with fair carbonation. Mostly slick drinker before a dry finish. Not as smooth as their Juice Flowers I had before this.

Overall - Not my cup of tea. Reminds me a bit of Voodoo Ranger (maybe a few in that army of variants, lol) with all that peachy sweetness throughout, and the slight clash with the dank undertone. Not one I'd buy again, if I'm being honest.

Draught pint at Urban Roots, formal review to come from cans. Could see this one getting a bit sweet with some age.
