Consumed this in March out on the courthouse disc golf course. Sticker is still on the ashtray at the top of the steps 8 months later. One of the best hoppy beers I've had in 2021.
Pours a dark golden color with a moderate amount of clarity and 1/3" white head. Dare I say, this good looking beer is actually its lowest scoring attribute. The aroma just pops everything in the hop aroma world pretty much: sweet citrus, citrus rind, pine, tropical fruit and dispensary weed. So what have we learned about this very nice, very evil beer? Well, when you put Columbus, Citra and Mosaic in a beer, you basically get 98% of all the possible hop aromas in the world out of just 3 hop varieties. No wonder they are so popular.
Taste is a wonderful experience, all that hop bouquet continues to play out on the tongue; the mouthfeel is so dang crisp and crushable despite this approaching barleywine like strength. Its a legit one can slight buzz. Two cans (32oz) is just a happy place on the golf course, bone dry west coast finish, its my vote for best WCIPA I've had in 2021 off the top of my head. Enjoyable bitterness.

Can dated Notorious RBG 10/08/20 into an imperial tulip pint.
L: Vibrant golden with less than 1 finger of high-density white head with moderate retention and left spotted lacing.
S: DANK, earthy and pine. Old school West Coast nose that pops.
T: Follows nose perfectly, finishes with lots of bitterness and some acidity, both linger on the palate and dry it out.
F: Medium bodied with medium-high carbonation, tongue burns and tingles from ABV and carbonation, slick on the swallow.
O: A delicious classic West Coast DIPA, be ready for lots of bitterness with a dry finish, ABV is pretty well integrated.
