This week we are teaming up with SLICE BEER CO
and MOKSA to bring you the second iteration of Meeting of the Minds. This three way Hazy DIPA collaboration will be brewed at all three locations and will have only one thing different...the yeast. All three recipes will contain the same grain, hops, and brewing techniques, but will use three different IPA yeasts to ferment them.Every version will be released at the same time in a few weeks from their respective breweries. Will you collect them all?

Can dated "Gotta Catch Em All 02/18/21" into an imperial nonic pint.
L: Pours hazy golden with 1 finger of white medium density head with good retention and left thick ringed lacing.
S: Tropical fruits and floral aspects out front, subtle citrus in the background.
T: Follows the nose well but with greater citrus prominence. Finishes with plenty of bitterness, which lingers with some mild acidity on the palate.
F: Medium bodied with medium carbonation, slick on the tongue and swallow.
O: Very nice West Coast DIPA, glad to have a 4pk.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
