Crystal clear, golden body; lots of lively streaming carbonation bubbles; thick and frothy white head. Nice aroma; light sweetness with berries and melon; a bit of orange. A very clean taste; mellow, light malt base with a suggestion of light biscuit; moderate hop bitterness; quiet esters in the background. Moderate mouthfeel, crisp; fine hop bite; dry finish.
This is a fantastic west coast India pale ale. Clean and refreshing, exuding some great depth and balance. I would love to have a fresher version to see if that wouldn't improve some of the factors in this taste test. Still, at over 2 1/2 months of age, this is a killer beverage.

Appearance - Pours a touch hazy, golden yellow in color with a white, half finger width head that dissipates quickly. Barren surface, with a razor thin, broken ring of suds around the edge of the glass. No lacing.
Smell - Citrus and peachy aroma. Mild pine.
Taste - Follows the nose. Tangerine, lesser white peach and a trace of green pine. Clean finish with a mild citrusy tingle left on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied wit low-to-moderate carbonation. Smooth drinker with a crisp, refreshing finish.
Overall - Really nice WC IPA that delivers great flavor with a smooth, crushable body.

Can pour -crystal clear pale gold straw color with fat white foamy head leaving scattered lacing and a ring of bubbles. Nose is lots of hoppy goodness and taste follows. Cascade ,Simcoe and Citra are the stars of this party and they do not disappoint. Finish is crisp and clean.
