A clear light orange with a dense white head with good retention and lacing this looks great. The nose is soft, doughy, creamy, lightly sweet with a rustic base malt character to go with a very clean fermentation profile. Soft, fruity, minty and herbal hop character. The palate opens clean, lightly sweet with a rustic, kellerpils like malt backbone, light and soft but also doughy and creamy. The mid-palate has a mild firm and oily hop bitterness, clean and quenching, with mint and citrus. Drying, clean, smooth on the finish with brisk yet creamy carbonation. Very good.
