Can marked Happy Birthday 08/19/21 into an imperial nonic pint.
L: Straw yellow with 1+ finger of white frothy head with good retention and left mixed lacing.
S: Pleasant floral and grassy nose, limited malt character.
T: Follows the nose well, needs some more malt prominence.
F: Low-medium bodied with medium carbonation, light and lively on the tongue, crisp on the swallow.
O: Pleasant modern Italian/American pilsner, but I think it could use a wee bit more malt character for my palate and preferences to really be impressive.
