Pours a lovely coppery red-amber with abundant foam in the Weizenbier glass. Modest grainy aroma with pleasant nose of roasted malt. Just a little bitterness in the aftertaste along with some vegetal astringency. Slight sweetness and quite malty, but overall on the lighter end of the spectrum. Grainy sensation in the back of the throat. An interesting taste of malt with some peppery and lemony notes. Tastes like something I will call scorched grilled peaches around the edges. In support of craft brewery association. From the 16 oz can stamped "Batch 13 G."
