Fresh hop season is here, and we've got something truly special for you. Our Cone Hugs Wet Hop IPA is packed with Strata hops that made the ultimate journey-picked from the field at 3 AM in Oregon, flown straight to Sacramento, and in our beer by the early afternoon. That's not just fresh-that's farm-to-glass in record time! Wet hops are a once-a-year opportunity, and it's a tricky process to pull off. If not used within hours of harvesting, they start to break down, so takes precision timing and a bit of hop magic to get it just right. This IPA is bursting with bright, juicy flavors and subtle notes of fresh cut grass. We had to use almost 10 pounds of these fresh hops per barrel-7 to 10 times what we'd normally use with dried hops-to get that intense, hop-forward taste. The result? A draft-only treat that'll make you want to savor every drop because it won't be back until the next harvest!
