A combination of New Zealand grown Riwaka, Australian Galaxy and US Grown Citra for hopping this hazy IPA has loads of tropical fruit like lychee, guava and passionfruit with a bright citrus component. The name is in reference to a Merry-Go-Round...aka a Horse Tornado.

Poured from 16oz can into my 8th Wonder chalice. Canned 7/1/25.
Appearance: medium golden-yellow hue with a moderate haze for the style and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: slightly sweet, quite tropical aroma that is heavy on the passionfruit and guava. This is just the exact kind of antipodean aroma I love.
Taste: fairly sweet, but appropriate to the juicy hoppiness present here. Similarly tropical, but there's kind of a danker, earthier edge here than in the aroma. Juicy and tasty -- but not quite as lovely as the smell.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a really solid hazy IPA. If the flavor tracked the aroma just a skosh more, you'd have a stellar beer here. As-is, it's "merely" very good indeed.
