Enjoyed on tap in Lyon Bière Festival #3.
Amazing to see a Lambic inspired ale brewed in my cherished Alps!
This brewery is only two years old and he already makes some greatly inventives beer.
This one has definitely a lot of character.
Its way in a coolship in the middle of a fruit orchard did some wonder. Very rustic, with dusty cider notes, barnyard and floral notes. It tastes like "La Nature"!
Mother nature is so bold in there that it's a bit unbalanced it shows us that there'll be a lot of great stuff coming out of this brewery
