Gold body, faint haze; angel white head, thick, fine, great retention.
Aromas of the fields - apple orchard, hay, lightly sweet grain malt, and whispers of hop spice.
Full flavour, bouncing between ripe fruit (pear, sweet apple, even a touch of banana), sweet malt and oat, and clean hop bitterness balancing things out in the finish; the feel is likewise full and round, silky like a mango, with med-light carbonation and medium body.
Loads of character, if on the sweet side despite the hops doing their best to try and even things out in the finish.

Can: Poured a clear golden color pilsner with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of clean crisp cereal notes with light herbal notes. Taste is also a good mix of clean crisp cereal notes with some herbal notes with light residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed pilsner with good drinkability.
