Hazy orange color with a thick thin head with good retention and leaving laces.
Nice aroma with notes of lychees, pineapple, oranges, bread and peaches.
Flavor with predominant notes of stone fruit, some lemongrass, pineapple juice, oranges, Belgian yeast and some floral hops. Dry aftertaste with a mild to medium bitterness. It feels a bit higher than 18 IBUs.
Bordering medium velvety body with appropriate carbonation of tiny bubbles.
Fun to drink and assertive Belgian Blonde Ale with decent dry hopping that also delivered nice Galaxy notes. Well done.
