Rye isn't exactly new to the neighborhood, but if you haven't had the pleasure, we're happy to introduce you. Unlike more common grains, rye adds the perfect bit of spicy bite to complement existing notes of citrus and pine. The result is a complex, very drinkable IPA that'll feel right at home in your fridge.

I'm from Austin, but I wasn't aware of this beer until 2 weeks ago . I am an IPA enthusiast. So when the guys at Spec's pointed me toward this one, I'm always open to new IPAs - I gave it a try.I was NOT disappointed. This beer is delicious ! Well balanced, hoppy, but not overwhelmingly hoppy, nice mouthfeel, nice aroma, great finish. Although it's 9.1% alcohol you would never know it while drinking, the alcohol does not show through at all (LoL except for the buzz after it's inside!) I highly recommend this Rye IPA. Try it !!
