From the growler via Jungle Jim's Eastgate in a snifter. This solid little
milk stout pours a rugged dark blackish brown with brown highlights and
a decent head of tan foam that subsides to a thin ring, thin wispy layer, and
shows light lacing. Nose of mild coffee, cocoa, brulee, char, cream, and
light marshmallow. Flavors surpass the nose with a camp fire touched
marshmallow doused in cream and dark brown sugars with touche
of dark breaded malts and subtle anise notes. Nice mouth feel; full
body, moderately coating, rich and laden with char, light carbonation,
and a deeply roasted finish.
Overall a solid little brew....only complaint....make more of your
great brews---the big ones---available in growlers PLEASE!!!!!!!!
Cheers
