Our Bavarian-style hefeweizen brewed using decoction. An easy drinker that will take your pallet to the Bavarian countryside.

Had it at the brewery in a plastic cup (COVID-19 regulation). It was ok but nothing outstanding.
For the record: It should be "Der Henker", they got the article mixed up.
Edit 9/2/2021: got myself a 6-pack of cans, quote on the can: *not grammatically correct? We don't care. :-)
Hazy yellow/gold color with a finger thick head that dissipates quickly.
Has a bit of a phenolic smell to it.
Taste has good notes of banana and clove.
Light body with good carbonation.
Overall a solid example of the style.
