Served on tap at the brewery in a flute glass.
Look: Clear gold, with a 1/2” white head with decent retention, receding to a slight foam cap with finely-bubbled lacing.
Nose: Very faint of grain — not much, actually, but nothing offensive, either.
Attack: Nice, full pleasant malted grain.
Finish: Gentle bitterness to balance the attack.
Mouthfeel: Medium, appropriate to style, with adequate carbonation.
Overall: This is a very drinkable and enjoyable German Pils. I’d rate the bitterness maybe halfway between that of a northern and southern German Pils. I’d be happy to order and drink this again.

Side pulled beer at brewery. Straw yellow in color with a thick head that left some good lacing. Nose is bready. Taste is slightly bready with a white pepper finish.
