Continuing our partnership with Bark Park & Patio, we designed this beer to have a s'more character to it. We used loads of oats, cocoa nibs and vanilla to create this stout. As with any of our beer, the beer is first and the s'more is subtle. A portion of the proceeds from can sales benefit animal based charities.

12 ounce can, no dating that I noticed on the can or label. Thanks to Brutaltruth for this one! Served in a tulip glass, the beer pours dark brown/black with about a half inch or so tan head. Head retention and lacing are both OK enough. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like dark chocolate, oats, vanilla and a bit of licorice. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's also some burnt/charred malt, cinnamon and earthy flavors noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this one, certainly worth trying if you come across some!

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This solid little oatey pours a dark
brownish black with a moderate head of khaki foam that settles to
a thick ring, subtle dusty layer, and sports some light lacing. Nose
of dark chocolate, cinnamon, light vanilla, and subtle herbal notes.
Flavors expand on the nose with cinnamon, graham, subtle licorice
nuances, dark chocolate, and mellow oats dashed with cream. Mouth
feel is medium full, smooth, lightly coating, light carbonation, and a
cinnamon and chocolate finish that is nicely balanced by the mellow
smooth oats.

Overall, a lightly spiced winter stout that is very nice!

Cheers
