Our house Pils, classic German style, unfiltered, and no finings. Featuring Pilsen and Munich malts with Saaz, and Hallertauer Hops. Very light, straw coloring with a distinct earthy hop aroma and flavor.

This one pours a clear light orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like sweet grainy and bready malt, earthy hops, and some spice.
The hop character feels nice on this one, but the malt character is just a touch too sweet and muddled for this to be in the upper echelon, even locally. There's a sweet and fruity malt character - maybe that's also the yeast a bit too. The hop character is earthy and spicy in a good way, though, and I can dig that.
This is light bodied, crisp, and mostly clean, with a few minor off-flavors - mainly that fruity sweetness.
I think with a few more attempts at dialing this one in, this could get much better.
