Had such high hopes because I love chocolate-y stouts. I almost spit out my first sip. I tasted like a stout/amber/sour fusion. Definitely not thick and decadent as I was expressing. It had a weird "ripeness" I've never had in a stout before - overpowering all of the flavors. It's more of a frothy cream ale? I spilled out the rest because it was neither passable as a stout or anything delicious

This one pours a dark black color, with a small head, and a little bit of lacing.
This smells like sweet vanilla cream, marshmallow, graham cracker, milk chocolate, spice, and light roast.
This is quite sweet, but the flavors work well for me. I get more "chocolate cream sandwich cookies" (lol, copyright, I guess) than s'mores. The graham cracker sweetness sort of folds into the chocolate and vanilla cream. There's just a hint of roast, but it's certainly pretty subtle. I also get a touch of vague spice.
This is medium bodied, creamy, and with a lower level of carbonation. It's silky, but a little bit flat.
This certainly isn't perfect, but it's still really tasty.
