Brewed with a selection of hot peppers. We added peaches to this classic German hefeweizen: taking it up to the next level. Like the fire flower expect a restrained heat that really brings out the fruity character in the beer.

A peach and hot pepper Hefeweizen. I purchased for the heat.
Pours (with the dregs) a bright cloudy golden colour - too orange to be yellow, too yellow to be orange; sparse short lived white head.
Aroma distinctly peach, hint of mango, wheat malt, slight sense of artificial sweetener.
Tastes of sweet wheat malt, striking ripe peach/peach mango - first few sips pleasantly fruity sweet, but a few ounces in just too sweet and fruity for my taste - I really did not get any pepper or heat.
Crisp medium mouthfeel that, though not thick, became slightly cloying and somewhat artificially sweet and fruity/peachy; carbonation faded with time. Again no real pepper heat.
Really not my thing - if you love peach as an adjunct and like sweetness (think cooler/cider) give this a go.
