V5 - feature hops: Trident, Ella, Vic Secret.
Really nice looking clear copper to amber pour with finger of fine bubbly copper tinged head.
Nose is at once malty - caramel - and hoppy with citrus, grapefruit peel, a bit piney and a touch of dankness.
Bready caramel malt on the palate with dank and piney hop, grapefruit pith, burnt orange, orange peel - a persistent but not overpowering resinous bitterness permeates, yet there remains a malt sweetness in back.
Medium full mouthfeel with decently bright carbonation - smooth and easy to drink with an intriguing hop blend.
