Featuring Canada’s first patented hop strain: Sasquatch, this IPA is a showcase of classic West Coast pine resin and woodsy trails in the summer. We paired it with Mandrina Barvaria, a new school German hop that gives notes of Mandarin oranges to level out the old school West Coast bitterness.

Really nice burnt orange pour - clear but for some chill haze - two plus fingers of creamy off white head.
Nose of caramel malt, generic citrus hops, orange peel, earthy with notes of pine resin.
Taste malty at onset - caramel sweetness - hops push through at mid palate with grapefruit, grapefruit peel and piney resinous and distinctly sticky earthy bitterness at swallow.
Medium full mouthfeel - bittersweet with building, lingering grapefruit peel bitterness.
