In collaboration with Birrificio Dada.
0.50 cl bottl.
The nose does not give off very intense or fruity aromas. Light citrus (cedar), but very light. Rather dry smell.
Poured vertically, it releases some extra fruity scents, always citrus and light herbaceous.
Straw yellow color, slightly hazy.
Abundant, soft foam that vanishes on its own after a long time.
In the mouth you immediately notice a light body (thanks to the wheat) that makes the beer flow quickly.
The taste is characterized by a short and dry taste, certainly citrusy (cedar, bergamot) which ends almost immediately in a dry bitterness, not at all intrusive, but which jumps easily to the taste.
I really like a bitter of this intensity, the characterization of the taste, on the other hand, I would have preferred a little more incisive ... more complex.
"Short" beer: light body like tissue paper; immediate and moderate citrus taste; dry on the tongue and palate.
Certainly perfectly styled, I was expecting a few more distinctive elements.
