Christmas version of their Tripel (with candied sugar and Millefiori honey), involves the addition of anise, orange peel and cinnamon during boiling.
Discreet foam that acts as a hat to a dark golden yellow beer.
Sweet, caramelized and warm notes on the nose.
In the mouth there is a great variety of aromas which, depending on the temperature of the beer, change from time to time the predominance with remarkable balance.
Honey, molasses, candied sugar, peach in syrup, pandoro flavor. Quite dry finish, but on the palate it tastes like honey as if you had just eaten a spoonful.
