Dark reddish colour, a bit cloudy, reduced carbonation.
Bitter/sour taste, with some cereal notes and some dark fruits.
Not bad.

Look: Cloudy reddish-orange with a thick cream-colored head.
Smell: Malts, a bit of hops, alcohol.
Taste: Bready, roasty, leaves a slightly hoppy, boozy aftertaste. It's not explosively flavorful, but what's there is pretty nice and strong, I'd say.
Feel: Somewhat full body, leaves a dry mouthfeel.
Overall: Solid beer.

Look: Reddish-brown, rather opaque. Head was foamy and disappeared quickly.
Smell: malty, somewhat boozy, a bit of yeast too.
Taste: Malt-forward, as expected, a bit of rubbing alcohol and heavy on the yeast side. Finish is somewhat roasty. Pleasing after all.
Feel: Medium body, medium to high carbonation (in style), and dry finish. Very good.
Overall: easy drinking, not too bold beer. It won't shock, though.

Quite nice for a beer that uses this irish red malt mixture that I usually distain. The hopping is fruity and raises it above mediocrity. The house yeast character shines as well

A hazy amber colour with a very steady head of foam that keeps the surface well covered the entire session. Smell of caramel, berries, malt and yeast. These flavours return in the taste. It's not a very complex beer, but the flavours are quite strong for a 5.5 abv beer. The mouth feel is awesome: very smooth and gentle on the throat. A nice beer, though I doubt it's a true Irish red. I notice some dutch herfstbok characteristics as well.
