Poors in with hardly any head and whats there is knistering so hard that it was gone in seconds. Beercolor is golden bronze and has a haze of big particles. Nose is lots of blue cheese mostly comming from yeast autolyses but guess they had a very special mash also to get taste like this. Under this chesse I found some good hoparome, litle white whine like and some maltyness.
Taste is dominated by this yeast autolyses also and sharp. Some maltyness there and overal very dry. Good bitterness and right carbonisation make this brew drinkable.
