A highly carbonated blonde infused withsea fennel (Crithmum maritimum adding a bit of asparagus like taste)

Usual ingredients with added sugar and infused with Sea Fennel. 5% abv, 300 ml dark glass dutch beer bottle. Opens with some smoke
Pours in a tullip glass at around 5 degrees c. Pale golden colour. Opaque. A 3-4 finger white head. Highly carbonated. Small bubble.
Medium retention and lacing.
Smells like malt, salt and milk.
Mouth feel pretty decent.
Taste, some saltiness there. Not to heavy but surely bitter aftertones.
With 5% abv I think this can eb a good summer beer.
Will try it again.
On a cold winter day like this, it is still nice.
I think it is a very good beer, but not for all occasions.
