Dark amber colour with a slight haze. White head, fairly low, quickly melting into a thick layer and remaining almost unchanged until the end. It paints nicely on the glass.
The aroma is moderately intense, sweet, caramel, slightly bready, delicately toasted, with herbal and earthy notes.
The taste is dominated by roasted, dry bitterness.
Medium carbonation. Medium body. Smooth texture. Short dry aftertaste.
