Pours mostly clear honey golden, ring of a head.
Aroma of honey, grassy malts and candi sugar.
Flavor is of rich sweet candi sugar and honey malts. Some spices follow along with wine grape and lemongrass. Light grassy hop finish.
Full body, tingly carbonation on the tongue. Warms going down.
Solid strong ale with Belgian influences, rich and slow drinking. Worth trying for a heavier ale. The balance isn't quite right for a tripel but close.
