A - Pale orange body, slight chill haze but mostly clear. Short white head on the pour, a curtain of small bubble lacing coats the glass.
S - A strong hit of pine and grass, lemony citrus, peppery spiciness, and a subtle earthy undertow. A bit of funk is a touch distracting.
T - Pine and lemon open, with some earthiness that bursts into pungent cracker malts, drying quickly into a mild pithy bite in the close.
M - Moderate weight, some carbonation, soft resin build in the finish.
O - I like it. A refreshing and clean APA, very drinkable and solid enough to stand up to food or to enjoy alone. Good work.
