Our interpretation of the classic American Pale Ale style. Four Rivers APA pours a deep golden blonde colour, with a beautiful head of lacy white foam. It has a crisp dry flavour with a hint of sweetness, perfectly balanced by a distinct hop bitterness. Aromas of citrus, mango, and passionfruit from the prized Mosaic hops give this beer its unmistakable fragrance.

Clear copper with a thick, foamy head. Mild floral hop nose. Light-medium malt body. Thinner than most but with a good hop bite. OK brew.

Hazy golden color, lots of activity, with a veil of yeast and some floating chunks. Light creamy beige 2 finger head, lasting around 10 minutes, with decent legs and swirl reaction. Flavors of butter, caramel, sweet barley, light pineapples and grapefruits, with herbal hops. Slick and oily medium to full body with prickly carbonation. Medium strength finish, slightly bready, moderate maillard effect and some leafy notes. Called an APA but very close to an IPA, although a faint one. The texture is not top notch, a bit dull and missing some smoothness. The freshness is good though. Overall decent quality craft.
