listed at just 4.9% abv when i had it on tap at the brewery, a well done pils here, no frills, and a good addition to their lineup, ive been a little bored of the teddy bear picnic, but also need something a little easier among all the dense hazy ones they have had on lately, so this was a welcome sight on their beer menu. nice and blonde and tidy looking, great carbonation and a lasting inch plus of tiny white bubbles, looks just right from the tap. the nose is kind of subtle, clean in the way i want it to be, european grain in an understated fashion, herbal noble type hops there as well, light fruitiness to them, and a doughy but minimal lager yeast profile, in nice balance, unexciting and not at all exotic, but its right for the style, and the flavor brings a little more than the nose does, there could be some new world hops in this, i get a light juniper note as it warms, dried apricot too. clean beer overall, nice lagering on it, lots of cereal character from the malt which runs out in front, but all the elements come together while, and although this isnt going to light the world or even boise on fire, its a good compliment to the other beers on their menu right now and i was stoked to have this as an option, great pizza beer too! their pizza in here rules if you havent had it yet...

Draft at Lost Grove. Crystal clear, a tornado of fine carbonation, topped with a dense creamy head. Gorgeous! Crisp mty, biscuity aroma. Taste is crisp, mild sweetness, grainy, bready. Finishes with a pert hop bite and a hint of lemon. Excellent
