Appearance: Pours espresso colored with a one finger beige head that hangs around for a little while; spotty lacing
Smell: Chocolate and vanilla tones with a cloak of Bourbon
Taste: The Bourbon makes a statement, from the outset, bringing a blend of oak and caramel influenced flavors to complement the chocolate and vanilla base; not much progression from start to finish but a very nice blend; the finish does have some boozy warmth
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with low to moderate carbonation
Overview: This is really nice; I think it was realeased about a year ago and all the flavors have settled in nicely
Thanks, JohnGalt1, for the opportunity

Green-dipped bottle this year, higher abv and different adjuncts (vanilla and cacao nibs this year; no coffee); still the same solid base brew...sweetness is more subdued this year, less caramel and toffee for sure, more straight-up vanilla and milk chocolate with a crisp bourbony oak presence and a mellow medium body on the palate with minimal alcohol burn.
