a unique and tasty gose with a cool combination of flavors, coriander, lemon, and hibiscus, which the name gives away a lot more than the appearance, i was expecting electric pink like hibiscus tea, but that is not at all the case, barely even a pink tint to this, looks like a normal hazy wheat beer in the glass. it smells understated, but the citrus is in front of the floral element and i get more generic herbal bitterness from the hibiscus than anything else. the lemon is clean though, the coriander complimentary and not overdosed, and the yeast is pretty neutral, like the ferment isnt really a factor. the flavor is good, the wheat is fresh and the lemon very natural. i definitely want more from the hibiscus, its too subtle for this beer name, and only adds a little flicker of what its capable of, not just subtle but underdone to my palate. the salt too is a little lackluster, just some minerality here but without the drying effect i like in the style. the wheat has good body which i like, the carbonation is nice, and the souring is mild and clean, combined with the low alcohol this is super drinkable. i think it could do a little more than it does overall, but its good to see something a little exotic on the beer menu in here, where things have felt a bit stagnant to me of late. good effort here but more salt and more hibiscus would add a lot...
