The third beer in our "Spotlight Caledon" series; where we highlight the varied attractions, natural beauties and landmarks in and around the Caledon/Headwaters area.

Inglewood is a small village within the town of Caledon and is one of the closest to our brewery. The credit river and Bruce trail run directly through the village, which makes it a quaint and scenic beauty to take a stroll through.

Hopped with a blend of Mosaic and Cashmere, this beer pops with notes of citrus covered berries and tangerine orange with tropical undertones.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy pale yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and some tropical hoppy notes. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes, some nice tropical notes and a semi-dry finale. Body is full for style with creamy texture and with good carbonation. Nice NEIPA with nice tropical hoppy hops undertones.

My first attempt at a Badlands brew, but I knew what I was getting after sampling it first.
This is a wonderful IPA.
The haziness of the pour will wow you. This is one of the murkiest beer I have ever seen. It reminds me of Flying Monkey's Sparklepuff and, frankly, so does the taste. The nose is stunning and the head has some very gentle retention. I find it ever so slightly sour, perhaps due to the grapefruit/tangerine combo. The blend of Mosaic and Amarillo hops never lets you down.
