Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some tropical notes and a semi-dry finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with tropical notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with big juicy hops and good drinkability.

Brewery Description: "We thought it would be funny to name a beer CAN for our first run of cans ever. Naturally it was dry hopped with (C)itra (A)marillo and (N)elson Sauvin. We taste orange, papaya, gooseberry"
Pours fully cloudy straw/yellow with a tall fluffy head. Significant lacing during drinking. Aroma is mild citrus hops, I'm not getting as much smell as most of their other IPAs. Taste certainly includes mildly sour orange/grapefruit & some grassiness. Nelson Sauvin taste is unmistakable, I tend to call it a mild champagne flavour. I have already had several of their other selections from the new system (frankly they've all been good) & this may be my least favourite. Still a nice beer from the brewery which is currently at the very top of my list of Ontario's best brewers of IPA.
