Batch 4 on the new system. It's starting to feel like we have a handle on this whole brewing thing again. Another step forward for us from previous batches. Bigger, fluffier body, cleaner bitterness, dialed in carbonation. We're very stoked on this one. In celebration of a beer brewed pretty close to how we want it, we decided it was time to drop a hop combo we've been waiting on the right lot of hops for. We just happened to get a good tip about this hop lot from a supplier and the result is a dang delight. Dry hopped with Citra, fresh 2020 harvest Strata and Mandarina Bavaria, we taste big mandarin orange, creamy tropical fruit, and mixed citrus fruit. So orange, so citrus, so yes please.
