Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process. For this Dora we decided to mess with our dry hopping process to see if we could get a bit more mileage out of our already very hefty hop load. Dry hopped with Citra, Galaxy and El Dorado we taste notes of pineapple, papaya and candied oranges with a side of apricot.

The main flavour I get from this one is sweet pink grapefruit, but also tropical & I can sense a little "candied" as well. Maybe also a little dank hay if that makes sense, but this aspect is pretty hidden. Again, to me it's better after a little swirl dulls down the carbonation a bit. I don't know if it's because I've been cutting wood all day, but this really hits the spot.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
