Pedestal is our line of single hop beer. We single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all its isolated, lupulin filled glory. We use our house yeast, the same malt/water profile and change only one thing: the hop. This particular version sees us use the hop, Eclipse, the newest hop to come out of Hop Product Australia's breeding program. We taste notes of resiny tangerine, mixed citrus, pine and undercurrents of tropical fruit.
