Pedestal is our line of single hop beer. We single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all its isolated, lupulin filled glory. We use our house yeast, the same malt/water profile and change only one thing: the hop. This version features the hop BRU-1. It's one of those hops that's seemingly been on our "to try" list for a while but we just couldn't quite find the time to take it out for a test drive... until now, and man are we glad we did. We taste distinct notes of pineapple with a number of other more subtle sweet fruit layers.
