Times, They Have Changed is a beer to mark the year 2020. Seminal moments in world history have a way of putting a dent in your memory and there is no doubt that 2020 has been a year loaded with one moment crazier than the next. A seminal year in every sense of the word.

It’s impossible to ignore 2020 for what it is; the year our society as we know it changed forever. How exactly we refer to it in future is still to be determined, but at the very least 2020 will forever be looked at as an outlier year in recorded history.

There is no doubt that 2020 was the calendar year equivalent of a sad poop emoji, but hopefully we can all look back on it one day and hate it less than we do now.

473ml can served cold into a tulip. Durand purchase and enjoyed fresh. Review from notes.

Appearance - Very hazy and turbid white gold brew with a couple fingers of dense and rocky white head. Excellent staying power.

Smell - Fresh citrus mixed with stone fruit. Good intensity. Wheat malt backbone.

Taste - Like the nose, but with more intensity. The stone fruit really shines here. Low bitterness. Nice citrus kick towards the end.

Mouthfeel - Very smooth and creamy, medium-full in body with expressive carbonation. Extremely juicy.

Overall - One of the best from Badlands. Excellent IPA.

L: Light yellow/orange with white head.
S: Possibly New Zealand hops with underlying passion fruit. Oranges. Tropical fruits.
T: Orange and mild dankness.
F: Tart, dry finish, sweetness.
O: Beautiful and abundant tropical fruit aromas make this an enticing beer. Delicate flavors with some dankness. Really enjoying it.

Another Badlands beer that I haven't had to add. Thank you!
The pour and look of this one is exactly like their "Elevate" brew, but the nose points to a completely different taste. It is quite muted and barely recognizable of anything, save perhaps some lactose and apricot seed. And speaking of seeds. The body has a generous amount of it. Mostly pine, but also sunflower and pumpkin seeds. At least that is how if feels at the moment.
I like it.
