Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process. This particular version sees us mess around with our water profile.
We feel like we've really started to find/get comfortable with our hoppy beer game again over the last couple weeks, and as such we thought it was time to push ourselves out of that comfort zone! We tweaked the water profile toward maxed out levels of softness without any chalky minerality. It drinks like cloud pillows.
Dry hopped with Riwaka, Simcoe and El Dorado, we taste notes of pineapple, candied berries, and some hefty mixed citrus.
