Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process.
This particular version sees us mess around with our water profile once more with the intent of cratering hardness/harshness and maximizing, you guessed it, that soft soft, cream cream. It's very soft.
Dry hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Lotus we taste all kinds of fruits, citrus, mango, dank cab sauvy tropical fruits, orange soaked vanilla. Muy yummy

I haven't had Dora for a while, so it was time to taste her again.
This version has a nice dark yellow, with a ring of head retention. The nose is of citrus, though not very strong.
More of Badlands' IPAs used to have this dry hopped taste, with notes of apricot seed, so it's a welcome return. But it is a bit too much carbonation and there is drop in flavour at the tail end. Not bad, but not in their top tier.
Better than their Blood Brothers colab though.
