The monthly DIPA series is our neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all thing's DIPA. The goal for the series is not only bring you at least one DIPA per month, but also to allow us to push our base DIPA recipe in any number of directions with the goal of ultimately tweaking, refining and improving every DIPA in our lineup.
February DIPA (2021) plays around with the whirlpool process looking for maximum oil extraction/flavour carry over. We then dry hopped it with Nelson Sauvin, Sultana and Vic Secret. We taste a cool blend of danky, gooseberry nelson layered in with pineapple, and tropical fruit.

Typical Badlands look of pale yellow/brown/orange with white head. Citrus, tangerine and something I can't quite place. Taste follows the nose with the Southern Hemisphere hops Nelson Sauvin and Vic Secret displayed nicely.
